Terms of Service

Clear and fair terms for every project — please read before starting work with me.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern freelance services provided by Sasa Dev ("I", "me"), including website and app development, API development, automation, bots, graphic design and security services. By starting a project with me, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes & Agreements

  • Every project starts with a written quote covering scope, timeline and price.
  • Work begins only after you approve the quote in writing (email or chat).
  • Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as a new request and quoted separately.

3. Payments

  • Projects under a fixed quote require a 50% advance to start, with the balance due on delivery — unless agreed otherwise.
  • Hourly or monthly work is billed in advance for the agreed period.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started, except as described in the Refunds section.

4. Revisions

  • Each project includes 2 free revision rounds within the agreed scope.
  • Extra revisions or scope changes are billed additionally at a fair rate shared upfront.
  • Revision requests must be sent within 14 days of delivery.

5. Delivery & Timelines

  • I always share a realistic timeline before starting and keep you updated on progress.
  • Timelines may shift if content, feedback or payments from your side are delayed.
  • Rush delivery is available for an additional fee when my schedule allows.

6. Ownership & Rights

  • After full payment, you own the final delivered work for the agreed purpose.
  • I may reuse general code patterns, libraries and know-how across projects.
  • I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing (NDA-friendly).
  • Third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins) remain under their own licenses, which I will disclose.

7. Acceptable Use

I do not build or support projects involving illegal activity, phishing, malware, spam, harassment, hate content or fraud. I may refuse or stop any project that violates this policy, and advance payments for refused work will be returned.

8. Support & Maintenance

  • Every project includes free bug-fix support for 14 days after delivery.
  • Long-term maintenance plans (updates, backups, monitoring) are available separately.
  • Issues caused by third-party changes (hosting, APIs, platform policies) are quoted as new work.

9. Refunds & Cancellation

  • You may cancel anytime. Completed work is billed fairly; any unused advance is refunded.
  • If I cannot deliver as agreed, you receive a full refund of the advance for undelivered work.
  • Delivered and approved work is not eligible for refunds.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with professional care, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project.
